Helen Clark holds significant positions as the Chair of several global organisations, including The Partnership for Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, The Global Leadership Foundation, The Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, and The Global Commission on Drug Policy. Helen Clark is the former Co-chair of The Independent Panel for Pandemic Preparedness and Response, established by the Director-General of the World Health Organization (WHO), and has been a Board Member of Women Deliver.

The Helen Clark Foundation was established in 2019 to promote inclusion, fairness, and sustainability, values demonstrated by Helen Clark throughout her public career. The Helen Clark Foundation is an independent, non-partisan public policy think tank based in Auckland, New Zealand. The Foundation's stated mission is to publish research that contributes to a more just, sustainable and peaceful society.

The Foundation has a Youtube Channel with a diverse range of webinars on topics including productivity, perinatal and maternal mental health, sustainable cities, health equity, and many more.
